Findots: Company Compliance & Financial Management Platform

Findots is a FinTech SaaS platform designed to simplify corporate compliance, financial operations, company records, and collaboration for businesses and compliance professionals.

Its core product, FINROC, brings company management, compliance tracking, statutory registers, regulatory forms, meetings, reports, document templates, communication, and support into a centralized cloud-based workspace.

I worked as a Full-Stack Developer on the development of the platform, helping transform complex corporate compliance workflows into structured, scalable, and user-friendly digital experiences.

The Challenge

Corporate compliance requires businesses and compliance professionals to manage large volumes of company information, statutory records, recurring deadlines, regulatory documents, meetings, reports, and stakeholder communication.

Traditional workflows often depend on spreadsheets, documents, emails, and manual tracking. This can make it difficult to maintain accurate company records, monitor compliance deadlines, and efficiently prepare recurring documentation.

Findots needed a centralized SaaS platform that could help users:
